For students in the early elementary years, the Talking Bug Net from Educational Insights is a fun, accessible learning tool for over 100 bug facts. Students can explore each of the tactile insect models and work on listening comprehension of synthesized speech.

Cell Mitosis Model
This tactile model provides students with tactile access to the process of cell mitosis. Cell organelles are enlarged approximately 10,000 times to enable students to explore the complexities of the cell.

RNIB Tactile Measuring Jug
Great for instruction in daily living skills, this measuring cup enables students to independently measure and pour liquid ingredients using a tactile liquid level gauge with braille labels.

Tactile Algebra Tiles
This new product from the American Printing House for the Blind makes traditional algebra tiles accessible to students with visual impairments using raised symbols and high contrast colours. These tiles can be used to teach a variety of mathematical concepts - adding, subtracting and multiplying integers, simplifying expressions, solving linear and quadratic equations, and for adding, subtracting, multiplying, and factoring polynomials.

Math Window: Braille Geometry Kit with Trig-Calculus Add-On
The newest addition to PRCVI's collection of Math Window products, the Geometry Kit with Trig-Calculus Add-On provides tangible access to concepts in trigonometry, analytic geometry, and calculus. Print/braille tiles enable students to work collaboratively using the tool with their typically sighted peers.
