Recently Added to the PRCVI Library
This page features new titles recently added to the PRCVI Library. Registered Teachers of Students with Visual Impairments can request these titles on behalf of students by logging in to their borrower account. Six Little Dots Game
This game of cards is great to play for early braille learners as well as
classmates, siblings, parents, and anyone else! Each card has six dots with one of seven different possible textures. It's the player's job to collect all cards from each texture family.
PRCVI has added to its collection of sound balls for students with visual impairments in physical education. These include a foam boomer beeper ball, a rubber jingle ball, a sensory soccer ball, and slow-motion soccer ball (soccer ball with extra weight added).

This story about a square who can't fit through a round door teaches students about empathy, inclusion, and universal design. This book features both print and braille and bright, tactile illustrations.
CVI Book Builder Kit
This kit from APH allows teachers to construct books for students with CVI that are customized to their learning needs. The kit provides black binders and a variety of materials to attach familiar photos and objects.
A twist on the game of Twister! This version has players wear blindfolds (if they're sighted) and had tactile symbols on the playing mat. PRCVI has created a braille/tactile version of the spinner.
